Las devoluciones se revisan según el tipo de producto, el estado, el momento, el estado del pedido, las reglas de seguridad y el motivo de la solicitud.
Return Window
Return requests should be submitted within 14 days of delivery. A request is not approved until Athletonic reviews the order, product, condition, and reason.
What We Can Usually Accept
- Unopened supplements or ingestible products in original packaging
- Unworn apparel or footwear with tags and clean original packaging
- Unused gear or accessories returned with all parts and packaging
What We Do Not Accept
- Opened supplements, ingestibles, hygiene items, or products with broken seals
- Worn, washed, damaged, altered, or incomplete items
- Gift cards, digital credit, final sale items, unauthorized returns, or suspicious activity
Refunds and Costs
Customers pay return shipping unless Athletonic sent the wrong item or confirms eligible damage. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and import fees are usually not refundable. Refunds may be denied or reduced after inspection.
